Data Input, SOPs and KPIs are the most important thing to nail down before AI integration. Ai needs to know “what good looks like” for any role or function. SOP data input as fast as you can. Then standardize best practices for every workflow before you deploy an agent in your business.

The boring part of ai! Take 10 steps back gents. Document, standardize, Reverse engineer every desired outcome of lead gen, bid follow up, retention etc… this is the most important thing Golden Test every work flow in your business. No ai agency will help inefficient operations. Clear Context > Fast Implementation @mcuban

The more I learn Ai integration, the more I scale back from it. Hear me out 🙏 The first agent I deployed was “Email Triage”. Every response it made was garbage! Pulled Back and I turned it off to spend 2 hours making “my voice and tone guide” Second Was “Data Integrity Agent” and the reports it pulled had nothing to do with the KPIs I track. Pulled Back & Spent a week pulling the formula for every report between 3 softwares and marrying it to the KPIs I track with True North Form it’s “Source of Truth” Ai integration is amazing! But clear sops detailing every work flow and its adjacent constraint when implemented is changing coconut more than Ai is. Ai agents are the accelerator to your goals. Unclear paths on achieving goals will hurt you more than it will help! Document, test, then document, test again THEN integrate

Tired of Al "experts" telling you how to grow your business and their first business is selling you Al? You have enough to worry about - SEO/Payroll/Culture/ Margins/ Growth / Instagram / Google ads / SEO / Fleet / COGs etc... I have built an 8 figure service business - Coconut Cleaning Co 200 hours later and over $30k spent on courses, coaching and classes I've taken matters into my own hands. My business partner and I holding a workshop on all the applications of Al were using to grow our business, increase employee production and scaling predictably! Comment "Al" if you want to attend or just get the Al Stack and over 30 agents for immediate plug and play from real business owners #ai #smallbusiness #AIinFinance #claude

My entire executive team uses agentic ai. Remove the fear of job loss and encourage increased production with increase pay. In the service industry, and in particular at coconut cleaning, we aim to have a 2.5X revenue per employee. Sales people are generally 5X and admin is selling 1.5X. With agentic Ai, we’re hoping to move the needle to 3.5X-4.5X as a whole. Let your people partake in the upside and start increasing production as a whole!

Most service business owners are drowning in Al content and not using any of it. Here's the only framework that matters: Minimum Viable A.I. Pick 1 platform. Go all in for 30 days. Don't leave. That's it. Your ADs and Creative team may need a different plattorm but I share what my team uses too. I use Claude for everything that requires thinking, P&L breakdowns, SOPs, pay structures, sales scripts, pitch decks. It's become my business partner that never sleeps. I put together the full playbook, prompts I've actually used, the tools my team runs on, and the 30 day commitment that separates the operators from the spectators. #ServiceBusiness #BlueCollar #AlForBusiness #MinimumViable #TheCleaners #Operator #HomeServiceBusiness #BusinessOwner #PremiumMindset

I spent years avoiding my CAC! Is it big? Is it small? Deep down, I had an idea. But when friends or fellow entrepreneurs asked, I couldn’t give a straight answer. In 2023, I decided to finally bare it all! The results… small! My mom said she could have told me that! Jokes aside, Customer Acquisition Cost has become a core Key Performance Indicator! I can plug a desired CAC into any new or old customer silo and know right away if we will profit or not. Take it a step further and zoom out. Our Lifetime Value to CAC ratio has served as a North Star for predictable growth. If a new customer source we’ve invested in goes above $100, we pull out! If it stays below $100, we double down, allocate more budget until the sales conversion process gets us to $100 and then we maintain! There’s a few ways to lower your CAC through increased sales conversion, recurring customer model, referrals and re-activation but that’s another playbook! CAC Formula 👇🏼 (Take your spend and sales commission in any source you’re allocating money or marketing labor and divide that by the volume of customers serviced) Boom! You have your CAC. Plug that under your job average. I don’t recommend measuring your CAC on any time frame less than a month. The sweet spot is 90 days and any time you increase budget! I share how I’ve built an 8 figure service business using CAC. I share more in depth on how to choose customer sources that increase the probability of profiting at my Skool : The Cleaners. For operators and service owners looking to break through revenue ceilings and Scale Predictably!
