I’ll just alternate between omelette with different ingredients or egg n toast. So simple, quick and easy; no nonsense stuff but does the job well I must say

I think boring is part of it to some degree… when you prioritise health over taste buds, you’ll not have as much enjoyment daily. But then you’ll savour it more aswell when you do have a takeaway, or whatever the cheat meal is.
