We’re proud to share this video from our valued partners at the Cornell Lab of Ornithology! Over 1 billion birds die in the US each year from window collisions. At Western University in London, Ontario, scientists are testing glass treatments that help birds see and avoid glass.

Many people turn to decals as a quick fix to protect birds, but these often fall short. The recommended best practice for effective prevention is to place markers no more than 2 inches apart and ensure full coverage. Decals that fail to follow this rule will be ineffective!

Mark R., said this about his Feather Friendly installation: "We have 14 large windows and 2 full-light doors that needed SOMETHING to keep the birds from constantly flying into due to the reflections of our front yard. The Medium-Scale Pro DIY Melody rolls worked perfectly!
