2024 = my most successful year in business ✅ £1,886,000 Revenue 💰 £254,000 Profit 💰 Peaked with a £50,000 profit month in October Beaten by one of my own mentorship students who made £62,000 the same month. Also reduced my work load to 1-2 hours per day by outsourcing a lot of repetitive low ROI tasks Which allowed me to travel a lot this year. Spent 111 days out of the UK in Spain 🇪🇸, Thailand 🇹🇭, Bali 🇮🇩, New York 🇺🇸, Berlin 🇩🇪, Amsterdam 🇳🇱 + Paris 🇫🇷 Funded by AMEX points + TopCashback rewards from my Amazon FBA business. Last month I bought my first house at 21 with the profit I’ve made from selling on Amazon 🏠 2025 Focus: Amazon FBA Business Amazon FBA Mentorship Program Amazon FBA Content on YouTube, IG etc. I wish every Amazon FBA seller the best of luck in 2025. Focus on improving your sourcing 💻 Scale your business 📈 Start building your dream life 🫡

Been in ghost mode the last 4-5 weeks The first 3 months of this year has been absolutely crazy. Met up with a few FBA people who are doing 6 figure months and some even 7 figures which really opened up my eyes on so many levels. I’ve decided I’m heading back to England and to get a warehouse. Got so many returns and I can save a bit on prepping since I now have a bit more time to do some myself. I wana build an Operations Base for my businesses and while the uk rn isn’t as good as it could be rn, It’s still home and I kinda miss it too 🤣 Oh and I’m only 27k from doing 6 figures In 30 day 🥳💪

Currently in China living it large whilst my business runs on autopilot. Meeting with a supplier in 2 days for another company I run 🔥 If you've been on the fence about starting Amazon FBA, Q2 is the perfect time to begin. Summer categories are about to pop off. DM me if you want to know how to get started properly and do the same!

"How do I start Amazon FBA with no money?" You don't. You need at least £1000 to get started properly. Stop looking for a zero-cost business. They don't exist. But the ROI on that initial investment can be insane if you do it right.

People always ask what makes a good Amazon product to buy Simple: 30%+ ROI, BSR under 50K, at least 30 sales a month, no IP issues, and you're not competing against Amazon themselves on the listing That's it. Not complicated.

@TonyGainzzz For sure, I usually have 500-700 active ASINs at any one time

I think having a lot of active ASINS it’s extremely important to spread out risk as you scale. I hit 100K with 90 active ASINS. Currently working to get to 150 active Asins. Do you guys track this?

Built my entire Amazon operation around one rule: If I got hit by a bus tomorrow, the business should still run for 3 months without me VAs, prep centres, repricers, automated reordering. Systems > hustle.

£806,967.02 in profit. Checked it from Thailand. 3.5 years doing Amazon. Most of that time spent abroad, living, travelling, making memories that'll stick with me for life. Sunset infinity pools, capybara cafes, James Bond Island. The full experience. The business ran. The numbers grew. The freedom was real the whole time. £5.7M in sales. 60,000+ units. 26% ROI. Lifetime. Genuinely grateful for where this journey has taken me, financially and literally. £900K soon come, then £1M will be in the sights 👀 Hitting that before the end of this year. Meaning before I even hit 4 years on Amazon, I'll have crossed a million pounds in profit. Still processing that one.

Turned 23 recently. Running a multi-million pound revenue business from a villa in Southeast Asia. 3 years ago I was in my bedroom wondering if this Amazon thing would actually work. It works. But you have to actually start.

I’ve been using Perplexity Computer (highly recommend you check it out) which is like a more polished OpenClaw, though it’s quite expensive. Spent £2K+ on credits with Perplexity last month so I’m gonna be setting up OpenClaw on a brand new Mac with 96GB unified memory in the next few days… should be a game changer to be able to run everything locally with 0 API cost. I’ve not used Browserbase but yeah I imagine you could! Personally I just have my VAs doing it atm, much simpler 😉

The amount of sellers who tank prices because they bought on credit cards and need to pay the bill is insane Don't buy stock you can't afford to sit on for 3 months. Cash flow management is the game.

@TonyGainzzz I find Amazon easy af. Got huge amounts of capital, usually do ≈£200K months. Defo tricky to get started if you’ve got limited cash.

It takes more effort to sell 30K a month in Amazon than to sell 100K. Game genuinely gets easier. Thats been my observation as I scale this business. And it’s probably the same realization once I hit 200K and 300K months. To all the OGs in the game, what do you think?

@TheFreeTwo Look at product reviews, try gage how often an item is returned and don't buy it if it looks bad or don't replen it if you get lots of returns. You'd be surprised how many people don't investigate this and only look at the initial profit.

Question for FBA sellers. What do you know now that would have saved you the most money if you knew it on day one?

@GavinSweeneyy They’re just doing it to fuck with us. Had the exact same thing. Bought £2K+ of stock, tried to ungate for months, sold the stock to another seller for 50% less than I paid after giving up. Randomly noticed the other day I’m now ungated… fml

PSA for anyone doing online arbitrage: If you're not checking IP complaint history on every single product before buying, you're playing Russian roulette with your account One IP complaint on the wrong brand and you could be finished!

Controversial: Most Amazon "mentors" charging £2K for a course have never done more than £200K revenue Ask them for their P&L. Watch them squirm. I'll show you my numbers any day of the week.
