What people don’t realize is that you never completely beat cancer. It always lurks under the surface. Even after you have received the all clear, no sign of disease, it can always come back. The fight never stops. My wife received the amazing news of all clear back in March, then went for her next follow up Pet Scan in June and there is 1 spot that is back in her hip. So, she had to go for mapping to get radiation which starts next week, 5 rounds, every other day. This news hits harder than other times bc we just watched her father pass away at 68 years old from the exact same cancer she has. We watched him, helped him and cared for him through his last 2 months as his body finished its fight with cancer. Cancer won that battle, but all fights don’t end the same. We will continue the treatments, the immunotherapy, the radiation, the diet change and the holistic side from home. Even though the cancer came back, it is still a blessing it is only in 1 spot, rather than 7 like the first round. We pray it stays that way and the radiation does its job.. Please keep my wife in your prayers as she goes through this just days after losing her father. She is warrior, but warriors need help and a break from the crazy things in life too. Today looks like it is, and will be, a bad day for Robinhood. Network activity has seen a huge decline throughout the day, continuing the downtrend that started just two days ago. (NOXA fail could have been the biggest contributor) Could we have just seen a local top?

A lot of people I know started with nothing and built a (small) fortune here. That's kinda the original promise of crypto that we've lost sight of a little in recent months, with so much focus on mainstream adoption, stablecoins, crypto card payments etc. All of that is great, but I think the whole Robinhood situation showed that there's still an inherent hunger on CT for life-changing opportunities
