@erikmagraken IANAL, but this sounds similar to how DC zoning laws also don't apply to federal land. As you're aware, we're a weird patchwork here in this city. But here's the thing: The DC Armory is owned by the fed, I believe is on fed land, but the DC commission oversaw boxing there.
