$SOXL (May 14, 2026-daily chart update) Let's see whether $SOXL can smash the recent volatility hole and fly higher! Congratulations to one of my subscribers who’s been heavily in $SOXL since single digits, and to another dedicated long-term investor who loaded up when it was trading low last year!

$SOXL (April 24, 2026-daily chart update) I wonder how many have ridden the momentum since $8 and gone in this heavily — like my friend who loaded more than 100,000 shares from $10. That said, I know this money is never for me. I am not an adventurous stock market player — I’m simply a passive long-term holder who stays true to my own conviction stocks.

Last year I called out $LITE, $COHR, $AAOI, $AXTI, and Innolight before the supercycle... This year: Found $SOI, which was the SiPH substrate = $AXTI. Then $SIVE, which was the CPO = $LITE. Might have found the CPO equivalent of $AAOI. Curious if anyone can guess?

@FigLeafBicarbon 100% and one idea in names like this is to take some off the table and let the rest run. I trimmed a little $SLNH on Friday (again, just my decision) not because I necessarily think the move is over and that it can't go higher, but from a purely risk management standpoint.

April was a crazy month! Biggest portfolio winners 🟢 $FCEL +57% $CRDO +48% $ON +47% $ARM +45% $SLNH +44% $LUMN +21% $WULF +20% No notable losses, although a huge disappointment with $RMBS. I held my full position into earnings, a position that had been up +55%. I initially averaged up following earnings, before selling following the DOJ news. A disappointing round trip as the stock dumped over 35% within a session of trading. This play didn't follow my risk management policies simply because the position was smaller and I had always planned to increase it after going with to smaller a position to start with. Outside Keltner Channel, I should have known better.

@RemoteNavigator Yeah I am in and thats exactly why I’m asking, Im trying to prioritize capital protection but its really easy to exit early and leave a good chunk of profit on the table, just as it is to give back all the gains with price action like that

Yea fair enough. Are you in the play yourself? The issue with stocks like this is the moves can be erratic and because they are more sensitive to announcements, they don't follow TA the same way a large cap stock would. You can look for overextension or a break of support as reasons to exist, but even that isn't necessarily enough. $SLNH recently went +145%, then pull backed -45%, and then back up +90%, all in the space of 3 weeks. Even a trailing stop loss wouldn't have worked here.

$SLNH monthly log structure shows a full expansion into the 2021–2022 upper Darvas band followed by sustained distribution and a prolonged markdown phase into a lower volatility compression. Price is currently $1.52, trading inside the active Darvas range bounded by $0.95 support and $4.50 resistance, with the midline at $2.10 acting as the primary pivot control. The 75% line at $3.10 is capping upside expansion attempts, while the 25% line at $1.50 is acting as immediate decision level between reclaim strength and continued weakness. Structure remains corrective with lower highs dominant across the macro swing; reclaim and hold above $2.10 opens rotation toward $3.10 and $4.50, while loss of $1.50 exposes $0.95 and puts continuation pressure back into the lower consolidation band.

$SLNH monthly log chart price at $1.28 is showing Bollinger Band expansion, signaling a transition out of compression into a directional move, while the rejection at the 20 SMA reflects a key dynamic level acting as a volatility pivot during early trend development. The upper Bollinger Band and 20 SMA are negatively sloped, indicating prevailing higher timeframe pressure, but RSI at 37.62 shows suppressed momentum with room to build, which can align with early-stage accumulation. If price maintains structure and begins forming higher lows as volatility expands, the setup can evolve into a squeeze-release continuation, with a reclaim of the 20 SMA likely opening the path for a stronger upside expansion phase.
