Of course we’re blocking supersized pick up trucks in Europe. They don’t fit in our streets and they’re ugly as hell. And most importantly they’re a public safety hazard.

@frammdo @Talena23472 @FirstSquawk The truck drivers, delivery drivers, and contractors are getting paid to drive down streets like these (literally 100s of miles from each other). They are not doing so through choice. If you live in one of these houses, buying an American truck just does not compute.

@frammdo @Talena23472 @FirstSquawk This is a typical residential city street in the UK. You can visit every major town and city in the UK and Europe and find streets like these. Imagine owning an American truck, and trying to park in these streets - or just driving along them on a daily basis.

I saw no evidence of a tanker filling up the station with petrol purchased at a higher price, on the outward OR return journey.

Diesel at local Esso was £1.82 yesterday. Today it's £1.89.......that can't be right surely.....7p overnight..... someone is taking the piss surely

It ignores the factories, the tracking stations, the telemetry, the photographs, the samples, the independent observers, and the entire technological revolution that came out of the program. Pretending all of that never happened doesn’t expose NASA. It exposes how little respect you have for the people who actually built the future. And, in my opinion, doing so should be considered treason.
