@flybe I've been promised £321.50 in compensation but why does it take 3 months. Some of us are struggling financially at the moment. I emailed Flybe but got a very unhelpful answer. Terrible customer service.

Thanks @flybe! Flight cancelled as we were on the bus to the aircraft to board (BE 808) Not only was I charged £20 for a bag that was fine on my outward flight I’m now on a bus ETA 0330! No chance of a taxi at that time, brilliant 🤦🏼‍♂️

@flybe hey Flybe, you cancelled my flight with 30 minutes notice on October 7th. Customer services confirmed I was entitled to compensation. After more than 90 days I’m still waiting. When are you going to pay up?

@flybe I will@never understand why you let passengers board a very small plane and then tell us that Heathrow are staggering arrivals because of fog!! Surely you knew this earlier!! I note the BA flight out of Belfast took off!! Now we have to sit here for an hour - wise up!!

@flybe there was a medical issue onboard the 1245 Manchester to Belfast flight today (23/1/22). The crew handled it brilliantly! Thought they deserved a shout out!
