FPL is 70% luck and 30% skill. Always make the best decisions. Luck is not something we can control.

Latest WC draft including Foden. I think this draft is suitable for both WC30/31. GW31 - roll GW32 - Kelleher to Onana GW33 - Bradley to Ven Hecke GW34 - FH GW35 - Roll GW36 - Saka to Maddison/Richarlison, Ait Nouri to Dalot/any DGW37 defenders GW37 - Muniz to Hojlund, consider whether to do Salah to KDB for a hit GW38 - KDB back to Salah to end the season BB (see the next tweet below for expected BB37 team)

If you manage your resources smartly, even a F2P player can open 30+ drafts every week in every event 🔥 After the TOTY event, I was completely drained — 0 gems, 0 FC points. And yes… no money spent since TOTY 💯 Still managed to grind: ✨ Capped Legends — 180 drafts opened ( 4 weeks ) ✨ UEFA DREAMCHASERS — 181 drafts opened ( 4 weeks ) ✨ UTOTS (so far) — 70 drafts opened ( 2 weeks ) 📌Note - • I did 20⭐+ DR grind in every mode, every season • Playing in FC Champion League • No gems used in side event drafts

@Enzo9CFC As per my calculation it's 62k gems (21 vouchers) + - event grinding x4 (2 per week in tots) - league exchange x2 - gems from badge milestone (assume 25k, so 6k per week) x2 - league lvl 50 (4 in total) x1 Star pass f2p (4 in total) x1 31 total. Quite tough to go near 40.

@Enzo9CFC Gems before FC champ has been included in the calculations. Event only gives ~2 vouchers per week. But I did left out league exchange and gems from badge milestone. Don't think it will get to 40 anyway but yeah it's closer than what I thought, glad to know that as well 🙏💪

@BayernSince6 Not all minutes are created equal. If you're fighting to defend a 1-0 lead till the very last minute, it's a way different story than going for an extra sprint when you're already leading 3-0 and it's an easy game.

🚨 Arteta: “PSG-Bayern was probably the best game I have ever witnessed. I've never seen something like this”.  “But when I look at the amount of minutes and the freshness of those players, then I'm not surprised…”.

@KanjiFPL If it's early season probably yes, but at this point I am not even sure if he's going to outscore the Brighton boys/his own teammates😂

🚨🗣️ Mikel Arteta: "Bayern vs. PSG was probably the best game I have ever watched. The quality of two teams, and especially the individual quality that the players delivered." "I've never seen something like this. But when I look at the amount of minutes and the freshness of those players, then I'm not surprised." "To deliver those moments of quality, you have to be very fresh. The difference in the leagues and the way they're competing, it is night and day." "We are competing in two different worlds, so you cannot compare one part of that without giving any context to the other."

That’s why people call it a “farmers league.” If Luis Enrique and Vincent Kompany were in the Premier League, they’d probably be fighting just to stay in the top four before even thinking about winning the league. Look at players moving from the Premier League to Bayern Munich: Harry Kane from Arsenal/Tottenham, Luis Díaz from Liverpool, Nicolas Jackson on loan from Chelsea, and Michael Olise from Crystal Palace, they’re all performing well there. It just shows how competitive the Premier League is. Week in, week out, the intensity is different, and it prepares players to thrive anywhere else.

It is impossible for a Premier League team to play like PSG in the Champions League knockout rounds as they did against Bayern Munich. Even Enrique would not achieve that level in the Premier League with the exact PSG team for the following reasons: PSG and other clubs in their respective leagues play at 50% tempo and often have the luxury of resting key players while still managing to win their league or qualify for the Champions League without much difficulty. In contrast, the Premier League season begins with teams playing at 100% tempo, leaving no room for resting key players or playing at a reduced tempo. If you do, you will find yourself in the relegation zone before you know it Teams must play every game as if it were a knockout Champions League round, so by the time they reach the knockout stages from February to May, the players are already exhausted and cannot keep up with teams that are still fresh from other leagues. This is a significant reason why Premier League teams often crash out in the knockout rounds of the Champions League When PSG played Newcastle and Arsenal in the league phase last season, when everyone was still fresh, they lost to Arsenal and were humiliated by Newcastle PSG maintained that high tempo in the knockout rounds up to the final last season while completely resting players in the league. However, when they brought that same high tempo to the FIFA Club World Cup and faced Chelsea, who were fresh from the Conference League, Chelsea finished them off in the first half because PSG players were exhausted. The tempo of the Premier League is the biggest hindrance for Premier League clubs in Europe.

📊 Only Erling Haaland and Igor Thiago have scored more goals in all competitions this season by Premier League strikers than Viktor Gyokeres. Is he as big of a flop as people make him out to be? 🤔

@Rory_Talks_Ball The fact that this tweet has 5.1k likes showed how stupid people are. Just watch the zoom in replay. It's at best minimal contact to the tip of the shoe and eze acted as if he's shot.

@glazersoutmanu @Pretesh92 That's a subjective one. Saliba's leg had already been planted, and Cunha initiated the contact. Remember Saka against Bayern last season? That's what we were told, and that's why it wasn't a penalty. It can go either way. It's not clear-cut.
