Hey, thanks for flagging this. Just so you know, auto-refill isn't enabled by default. It's an opt-in option that you check at the time of purchasing an extra credits pack. It triggers when your balance drops to 5,000 credits or less It's possible it was accidentally enabled during a previous credits purchase. You can disable it anytime from your Subscription page If something still doesn't look right with your billing, we'd recommend reaching out to support at freepik.com/profile/support so they can review your account

Heads up to anyone subscribing using @freepik : the "Auto-refill" doesn't just renew your plan, it silently charges you for credits before you've even used your allocation. I was billed before hitting my limit. This needs to be opt-in and transparent, not buried in defaults.

I feel that the #creativeprocess with #AI, specially with the @freepik suite, is exasperating. You can create cool stuff, but the process goes like: enter prompt, wait minutes to get a result, or even fails, then prompt again, wait... It just doesn't flow. Am I missing something?

Serious question. How do you use characters and elements in Kling 3.0 Omni in Spaces? There's no way to input them. What am I missing. :) Only start and end frame Driving Video and image references, which negates the first frame. In the stand alone video generator, you can use characters and elements, no problme for character consistency. Is this feature coming to spaces? @martinleblanc
