For a talk I’m putting together on #mentorship, I would appreciate your thoughts. We’ve all experienced helpful mentors & horrible tormentors.
1-Why do some initial mentors turn into tormentors?
2-How can we stop this transition once it starts occurring?

We are introducing more pre-Med PA candidates as well as medical to health care for the elderly. We need to make sure the experience we provide is rounded and illustrative.

@woodbrothers21 Glad we could help! PAD is our business. I learned from the Wood family that there is a lot of similarity between angiography and racing: you need a team of good people who pay attention to the details.
