@Frogboxlive Hello, we're using Frogbox for the first time. We saw the stream working on the video camera assistant. When plugging into the video encoder, 4G is solid blue but the cloud icon is solid green, and transfer rate is very slow around 0.5kbps. What can we do please?

First world problem. How flakey now is the @Frogboxlive system. And the @PlayHQSports platform crashes every second game. Cricket lovers across Australia love following their teams, friends and family. The tech is there, but the tech developed is poor. Very frustrating!
