Yo lo que puedo decir es que si un país como el mío, Italia, que a nivel histórico es de las mejores selecciones del mundo, lleva tres mundiales seguidos sin ir, es un problema es grande, muy grande. Hay que parar y cambiar muchas cosas. No quiero hablar en qué cambiar... Pero es evidente que la liga italiana tiene un nivel alto, pero de las top-5 es de la que más extranjeros tiene. Las canteras también con muchos extranjeros, sobre todo las top. Es un problema. No hay segundos equipos que es otro problema. Son muchas cosas… Luego el sistema de juego con el que juegan la mayoría de equipos juegan con 3-5-2, y esto ha generado que NO EXISTAN EXTREMOS y no haya jugadores que puedan hacer UNO CONTRA UNO. En Italia no hay jugadores capaces de hacer lo que hizo Lamine en la Eurocopa para desatascar los partidos. Son muchas cosas que se van sumando y que no vienen de un año. Vienen de tres Mundiales atrás que son muchos. Para cambiar se necesita tiempo y paciencia. ¿Cuál es el problema? Que cuando venga la Eurocopa, Italia querrá volver a ganar la Eurocopa... cuando es un equipo que lleva años sin clasificarse para el Mundial. Espero que se cambie la estructura y se intenten hacer cosas y a partir de ahí, tener paciencia”.

Non stop gimmicks family culture is a big part of why these players don’t perform when it matters. He treats them as if they’re children who can do no wrong and no doubt blows smoke up their arse all the time on top of having given them big salary’s for achieving nothing.
