He created a business plan and followed it, no matter the obstacles. "My first book was Believe in Yourself for a reason. When people truly manifest that belief, they start seeing change." His advice? Stay focused. "You can’t switch the script when times get hard." Jaebadiah knows systemic racism and oppression still exist, even with his success. “It didn’t just disappear because I secured a few deals,” he says. Instead of letting it hold him back, he uses it as fuel. "I play by the same rules—they just require me to be even more educated." Jaebadiah hopes to inspire Black and Brown youth. "Success is attainable—you just have to sacrifice and put in the work." His message to his younger self? "The pain you feel now is the hardest you’ll endure. Everything else will be easier."
