Especially in conditions(Japan) where 1-3 frames should be possible Mod creator cited that he can play with people with consistent 2f of lag. (AZ to CA). That's not even Japan 4f is a lot when the expectation is 2 or less

@ForgisOnDaJeep_ Usually that's true. But for smash ult, the game is forcing a certain amount input delay, which heavily overcompensates for possible connection spikes. Much more delay than necessary. So even Japanese players have a ton of delay, despite better network conditions.

@felix__bento In Japan, internet is way faster and don't really have to worry too much about delay

I genuinely don’t think I’ve personally come across any meaningful criticism in almost 5 years from MBAACC players about MBTL that doesn’t just boil down to “it’s not like MBAACC”. Open to be shown otherwise though, because there are 100% things about MBTL that I think sucks lol.

@gemiplus Going by our own locals I would disagree that the pipeline is weak But I do agree that on the whole I don't see much carryover at all, it is strange Strive players just like the game enough to not leave it, I guess

For all of xrd life that I can remember it's had more players that bb. Only now it's reversed and it is still so weird to me. Is that strive's fault? I guess I'm not trying to see a bbstrive
