@GiantUK We have issue with bike on for service we are out the country they need battery key but NEVER did the shop say this till we had left the country.. poor communication from shop

@GiantUK hi , I’ve got a revolt X that I brought from your Tamworth dealer about 3 moths ago , great bike but the carbon wheels seem to be not running very true ( slight buckle ) after very normal use on the front and back , please advise

@GiantUK how quickly will a warranty claim get resolved because I don't want to be bike-less for long? Bike bought in 2015 from @RutlandCycling and have just discovered a pretty significant crack in the frame at the rear brake mount.

@GiantUK hey there! I’ve got a few scratches on the fork of my TCR and my girlfriends LIV - do you offer any paint touch up kits at all? If not, whats the best way to make them look all decent again?

Has the customer service from @GiantUK always been so terrible?? I bought an #ebike (£2k purchase) 3 weeks ago - a part snapped and they are doing literally nothing about it I will never buy from them again (Customer of 9 years with more then one bicycle purchased)
