Istilah "peredam panas" ini sebenarnya agak rancu dalam Fisika Bangunan. Panas tidak pernah "teredam" seperti suara. Panas selalu berpindah, bukan hilang begitu saja. Kalau foil aluminium atau cat reflektif disebut peredam, sebenarnya yang bekerja adalah sifat insulasi terhadap konduksi... yaa, tapi itu hanya sebagian kecil. Padahal perpindahan panas terjadi lewat tiga cara: konduksi, konveksi, dan radiasi. Di Indonesia, yang paling dominan justru radiasi matahari. Makanya bangunan yang "serba isolatif" (seperti di negara beriklim dingin) tidak selalu cocok di sini. Iklim tropis lembab lebih butuh kombinasi pintar: radiant barrier untuk memantulkan radiasi, ventilasi yang baik, plus sedikit insulasi... bukan isolasi total yang bikin rumah pengap.

There is a large black company based in Indonesia. They reportedly lure young people who desperately need money with sweet promises and traps. Once they are inside, they are allegedly gaslit, guilt tripped, and threatened with doxxing. I was told they are paid far below Indonesia’s already low minimum wage. Many of them are said to be minors and are forced to draw NSFW content. They are also reportedly made to produce multiple artworks within one hour. The scammers themselves are not artists, but people who manage the art accounts. They allegedly run raffles and DM people with messages like, “You didn’t win, but I like your design, I can offer you 20% off,” and similar lines. Through this, they supposedly scam clients into paying much more for art or rigging than what the real artists receive, while abusing those artists to mass produce content. I was also told that they get their VGen accounts verified, then use their invite codes to create even more accounts, slowly taking over the VGen catalogue. They are allegedly stealing client models, rigs, or artwork and reselling them on other websites. According to what I was told, all of their accounts follow the same pattern of AI-style writing with emotes and overly similar replies. They comment on many posts using almost identical responses. Sometimes they are much more aggressive. I am not sure if some normal artists may have started copying their behaviour because they thought it worked. There was also cases that people who “won” their raffles later came forward saying they never received their prizes. The tweets I made now have many victims speaking out in replies and quote retweets. I was also told by many artists in my DMs that they were victimized by them but are too scared to speak publicly. Some of the messages are even from people still inside the company who want to escape. They often start by offering a “gift” and then push big discounts to bait people into commissioning them.

Hello everyone, thank you so much for retweeting and helping indonesians out. Thank to you, I have even more important information, behind this scam, there is a black art company. They attract young artists in, and they don't let them leave anymore with threats of doxxing and severely underpaid even by indonesian standards. They also use minors to draw nsfw, and when askef, they say 'the kids agree so it does not matter'. I am now waiting to get art sites and groups by then, where they have been reselling your models. I will forever be devastated that one of my favorite artists growing up turned into an AI defender and user and doesn't even understand the appeal of his own art that so many people loved.. So incredibly sad to me and it taints everything he's involved in now.
