Drugs that slow the progression of Alzheimer's disease but are deemed too expensive to prescribe, could now be approved.
Donanemab and Lecanemab are licensed for use, but the spending watchdog said their benefits didn't justify the cost. Now the drugs' manufacturers have won an appeal to have them re-assessed - a move that's been welcomed by the Alzheimer's Society.

The father of an 18-year-old girl who died following an outbreak of meningitis in Kent says his family's devastation is "immeasurable". Juliette Kenny passed away last Saturday - less than 24 hours after first showing any symptoms of the disease.
Her father Michael is now calling for the UK to take urgent action to improve access to the meningitis B vaccine for teenagers and young people.

Plans to double the time migrants have to wait before they're allowed to settle permanently in Britain could be watered down, according to reports.
