My @gohenry just demanded source of funds / proof of income.
I can’t even give my kids pocket money without a company wanting to know where the money comes from.

@Jayhutch137 Hi Jamie, we can assure you that this is not the case! Refunds take 7-10 working days because there's a 3-day period where you can reopen the account. Cancelling the account then takes 5 days and the refund is processed at the end of this period.

@gohenry I have just learnt that you are holding my daughter money hostage for 7-10 days after we closed her account. I hope that you transfer the money soon, I don't want to take this further. But if it comes to it I will.

@gohenry is there any known issues with your app, sometimes it lets me in, other times it won’t let me while I’m on WiFi, it’s just really sporadic, my son has the same issues just says “something went wrong please try again” which isn’t very useful

@gohenry I don’t have the email address only my username and password. I have uninstall the app store the app still not working but I know I can use my GoHenry tomorrow as I’m going out tomorrow but it would find it earlier this morning in the app. I just need to know why.

@gohenry I have a disability autistic spectrum. My sister has set up a gohenry card for me. She’s got the parent app. I have a child’s app but I’m having major problems with the app. I can’t login. I can’t login on the website either. but my Sister’s app works fine.

@gohenry the card makes no sense. Would have cancelled but your company took another 5.99 from my account. My daughter sent money back to me, but I could not find it in any of my accounts. You are debiting 5.00 every week from my account. Very difficult to operate app for adults.
