@everyone At 4pm CET (roughly 2h from now), the first auction goes live on Blast. This is the first auction in our **Free Auction** week promotion. Every bid you cast this week will cost $0.00 + gas (currently $0.015 tx fee). **These are real auctions for real money on Blast Mainnet** But why? Well, the free auctions allow us to test out the auction parameters. There are tons of variables built into the auctions, and before we start putting up big money for you guys to win, we want to make sure that the auctions feel as best they can. **So what do I do?** - Head to goingblast.com/lot/0 to see the auction going live soon. - At 4PM the bidding will open, and a 5 minute timer starts ticking. - Each **Bid** cast will reset the timer back to 5 minutes. - If nobody bids and the timer runs out, the last bidder wins the $100 in ETH. - After 1 hour, the timer will drop down to 2 minutes, and each bid will only reset it back to 2 minutes. - After another hour, the timer will drop down to 1 minute, where it will stay for the rest of the auction. Important announcement - First Auction takes place tomorrow As mentioned in the announcement below we didn't raise enough funds in the presale we've had on Fjord to launch with a tokenomics we wanted and it results in some changes in our tokenomics. We will launch without $GO token, but the first auction will still take place tomorrow! To incentivize everyone who supported us and earned his airdrop we will run one week of completely Free Auctions, where you will be able to win the main reward without paying anything for bids! The only cost will be gas, which should be around $0.01/bid. It's perfect time for you guys to get more familiar with the auctions and become one of the first winners! Hey everyone, Unfortunately it looks like the LBP launch on Fjord isn't going to hit the targets that we set. The initial launch of the protocol was designed around the presale funding the treasury, which in turn would fund the auctions through the platform. The LBP doesn't look like its going to raise the funds we were looking for to kick the project off, and so we have paused the LBP. For those of you that have already participated in the LBP, we will reimburse you in full the wETH you contributed as soon as it becomes available to us. We are still going to launch Going Blast, albeit with a delay. The underlying gamified auction house that the project is built around will be launched in the coming weeks, but without the $GO token integration. Those of you who have participated on the testnet know that the auctions slap, and we still want to bring that experience to the Blast ecosystem. If you have any questions about the pivot we are making, and what the future of the Project looks like, we're of course in the general channel answering questions.

What are Runes at Going Blast? Some auctions feature RUNES. Runes act as teams, and auctions can have anywhere from 2-5. Your RUNE is your team, so choose wisely. Each RUNE wins together or loses together. The auction's prize is split among the winning RUNE according to number of bids cast by each user. Switching your selected RUNE is allowed, but incurs a penalty of 20% of your already placed bids. If you do decide to switch your rune, we can't guarantee your safety on discord and telegram afterwards, and people remember who they can trust (and who they can't).
