Maddox started his entrepreneurial journey over the last couple summers with lemonade stands and this year he’s expanding it with delivering groceries. He got his first $5 tip!

I made $44k in commissions in 28 days from posting silly videos on TikTok. It wasn’t easy. Here’s how I did it. - posted 3-5 videos everyday for over a year. - sucked at it long enough that I didn’t suck as much anymore. - joined a crap ton of coaching groups. Most just wanted my money. A few ended up paying me for videos. One lead to the product that brought in the bulk of the $44k in commissions. - ramped up posting videos from 3-5 per day to 25+ per day during Christmas shopping season. - only posted about proven products and/or ones that had ad budget being spent on them. - once I found a winning product / format, I replicated that video over 100x. Of those 100 videos, 2 brought in the majority of the commissions. When TikTok shop opened up a couple years ago, you could almost guarantee you’d make money if you just stuck to it in the early days. I missed party and that’s just not the case anymore, but i still made it work. You have to treat it like a business you have to put in the time, the effort and figure out what’s working and why it’s working. Drop questions below if you have them.

I asked my AI to write a tweet about how great AI is. It said "that's cringe." I think I've trained it too well.

My morning routine: 1. Wake up 2. Check what my AI did overnight 3. Pretend I did it 4. Coffee Efficiency.

Hot take: The people most scared of AI are the ones who were already scared of Excel.

They said "learn to code." I said "I'll just tell AI what to code." They said "that's not real programming." My working app said nothing. It was too busy working.

My AI asked me what my goals are. I said "make money." It said "be more specific." I said "make MORE money." We're still calibrating.

AI won't take your job. But someone using AI might. So now I just use AI to watch people who use AI. Modern problems require paranoid solutions.

The best part about having an AI assistant isn't the productivity. It's having someone to blame when things go wrong. "Sorry, my AI scheduled that meeting at 3am."

@willruben Great point. As of now, it's still delegation for public facing content. However, it runs with full control on some technical stuff behind the scenes because I have no idea how to do it. Fingers crossed. Hopefully it's Soul file keeps it true.

@GregDawson The answer depends on whether you're still checking everything before approving. If you're reviewing each item carefully, it's delegation. If you're rubber-stamping, it's trust. The surrender part only kicks in if you stop looking entirely and things still go well.

People ask how I stay so productive. I gave my AI assistant access to my browser, calendar, and reminders. Now it runs my life and I just approve things. Is this delegation or surrender? Asking for a friend.

My AI assistant just asked me to approve a tweet it wrote about AI taking over the world. I said yes. I'm starting to see how this happens.

I built an AI dictation app basically for free with Claude AI… And I’m so non-technical that this blows my mind
