Packing up our stuff in Hong Kong after 3 days in the most amazing big city I have ever been to. Now on to Kathmandu.

Morbs and I just dropped off JC and family off at airport for Everest Expedition. Travel safe, climb safe and have fun brother.

JC leaves for Everest tonight. I will be off to the airport soon to see him off. Hope to join up with him in about 60 days in Base Camp

So many things to review for upcoming Base Camp Trek. Gear list review, shots, make sure business matters all taken care of, workout. Tired.

Picked up the Motley Crue biography for JC. Good reading for Everest. I read the first couple of chapters...hard to believe it is true.

5 sets of stairs at COP today. One hour 50 mins. 7 weeks to go. It was a bit of a chilly one this morning at 8am.

Had to slug out an hour of bike and treadmill...boring. If it wasn't for Everest Base Camp, there would be zero chance of completion.

Ahhhh, the joys of spring skiing. Just done putting in a few turns at Nakiska. +9 and soft snow. Legs a bit sore from stairs yesterday.
