@simteract I purchased your taxi life simulator after seeing the game's poster on PlayStation 5.However, the joy soon changed to disappointment because the game, although being a simulation game, did not feature a steering wheel. Even requested refund to PSN was rejected.

@_PVRCinemas the service can’t be worse than this in cosmo pvr no AC working.They are not providing bill. And forcing me to pay cash. Very poor service

@Lencare_In Yes it is. They are sending quotation with repair estimates thou the system is warranty.

@Lencare_In and declared it out of warranty. how is it my fault that motherboard is not working to which technician didn’t reply and took the part back. Now from past two months the workstation is in service centre no calls no repair estimation. Very Poor service 👎

@oilmix168 @AskPlayStation Thanks they fixed it but had to send it back to canada. Because there is no international warranty.

@AskPlayStation bought a ps5 from canada which i gifted to brother in india. But the playstation has some serious-hardware issues which can only be replaced but the service centre in india has refused to replace it because it is from canada. Although it is still in warranty.

@Lencare_In in my restaurant all workstations are of lenovo. Even the server,and in warranty but due to electrical issue one of two systems with same source of electricity got malfunctioned. They sent us the replacement but they denied me the service.
