@Halfords_uk poor sales staff which why I'll get wolfbox for dashcam. Sunbury branch lied about dashcam installs. Staines staff are not interested in looking at my car to discuss and want to charge extra £70 to remove old wires which have to be taken out anyway to install new cam

Hi Georgia, we have to speak to the account holder to confirm they are happy to speak with us to provide any details on a booking or order number for data protection. @Halfords_uk Hi Ruth, my husband managed to fix it when he got in from work. But I had the booking reference number, his email address, I could have provided the address, numberplate, make, model & colour of the car that was un-driveable and parked at said address. Where's the security risk?

@Halfords_uk The tyre fitter has engaged our handbrake too hard and now I can't release it. So I can't drive the car. But your call centre refused to help me because the booking is in my husband's name and he's at work, even though I had the booking reference number. Really?

@Halfords_uk policy for cancelling orders is ridiculous. Placed an order 20mins ago, called to cancel order as the website doesn’t work properly for starters, to then be told order can’t be cancelled as it’s a home delivery. That’s madness

However, you are able to refuse delivery and once scanned back in warehouse a full refund will be issued. This is a scam. They hung up after I offered to give the booking reference number after they tried to get bank information off me. I hope to get a real response from @Halfords_uk ASAP.

We can certainly look into this for you however once an order has been actioned we are usually unable to stop the process. If the bike arrives and you wish to return, you can refuse the delivery and the refund will be issued once back in our warehouse. @Halfords_uk bought a battery from Halfords because it came with a 4 year warranty. Its now stopped holding a charge after 2years. Dropped it off for testing last week with the promise the store would phone. A week has passed no phone call so went back to the store. The store assistant confirmed it would not hold a charge and would need replaced but it was NOT covered by the warranty!!!! Will never buy another battery or product from Halfords.
