Sorry people, I got a little chonkier over the last few weeks 😬 I admit it - I overindulged With too much time on my hands to eat too many Christmas treats and believing that the calories didn’t count, I now reap what I sowed 😂 Travelling next week will get me back on track - sexercise is the best source of cardio!
