First event of the year & the Y5/6 team win 🏆 the City Relay Championships 🏃🏽‍♀️Running as a team for 30mins the A team completed 20 laps of the track at Harvey Hadden, winning by 2 clear laps 💪🏼 The B team completed 17 laps & were edged out of 3rd place on count back. Amazing 🙌🏾

Nursery are continuing their learning of Jack and the Beanstalk and have been busy creating observational paintings of castles. They have talked about the shapes and structures that they could see and tried hard to include these features 🏰🫘🌱🌱

Cecilia Rabess has given us a terrific story for our time - I really recommend it . If you are interested in : Race ;relationships ;politics ;21st C society and brilliant writing and take-weaving …….it’s for you!

Completed ✔️ crossed the finish line at 7:30am but have been too exhausted to post since 😴 summary: intense, I’ve learned I’m not a massive fan of walking through the night but overall an uplifting challenge 🏅 now bring me a beach to lay on 🏖️🍹
