Loads of fun and laughter was had at Sutton House recently in their seated exercise class. The group thoroughly enjoyed the morning session, thanks to Mark from Fitnniss - Wellbeing in Care, for delivering the session and to DWF Group for the funding to make it possible.

This is Graham, a long standing volunteer who volunteers at Sutton House once per week. Graham lives with Parkinson's Disease and offered to deliver a presentation to staff and clients on the effects and daily struggles of the condition. #parkinsonsawareness #BrainInjury
