Y’all need to start saying the truth at this point tho, most of Michael Jackson’s cosmetic surgeries were not required for vitiligo, we have to somewhat agree at some point that he took advantage of the situation and did more surgeries than he should have actually done. He had an image he wanted to portray and he got it. Vitiligo affects skin pigment, not facial structure, It doesn’t require nose jobs, chin reshaping, possible cheek and facial contour work or major facial surgery. These are aesthetic choices, not medical treatment for vitiligo. The only explanation for this decision is possibly his desire to refine his appearance due to pressure from fame and personal insecurities. There possibly was a need to maintain a consistent look of his choice while his skin condition progressed.
