@HellyHansen Sent an email with no response to Customer Support about two jackets we purchased for sailing. They have had limited use. We just used them for a two week sail/passage. There is a white inner liner flaking off and all over our cabin and cockpit. Please help.

Bought top of the line @HellyHansen winter boots from @XXLsportSE and three days later they start letting in water! Customer Service @XXLsportSE refuse to accept the faulty product despite documentary evidence! Utterly disappointed. €130 euros down the drain. 1/2

@HellyHansen I have purchased two pair of HH work boots over the past 3 years and, although I like the look, the durability hasn’t been there. I have experienced the insulation liner break up in pieces, making it uncomfortable, causing the boot to lose integrity. Thoughts?
