I need your help! Lately I’ve been struggling with late-night snacking. I’ve been trying to not eat past 7, but every night around 9, I get the munchies. If I DON’T snack at night, I notice a huge difference. I feel better, and all of the health metrics that I track are better.

Having a hard time being at home and *not working* this week. February was the last time I took consecutive days off and I need this break, but there are so many things I want to work on... Trying to log off and give myself the rest I need.
