Our ambition is to inspire our fellow hospitality employers to play a pivotal role in breaking the cycle of homelessness. We aim to achieve this by promoting fair pay, stable hours, opportunities for career advancement, and fostering a positive workplace environment.

London's hospitality sector has the highest rate of low-wage employees (70.4%). Structural issues like service charge, zero-hour contracts, tight commercial margins and staffing structures mean that individuals are stuck in low pay for years with little access to progression.
