5th grade kicked off STAAR review this week! 🚀 We practiced identifying and interpreting visuals, played Word Whack, and tackled STAAR-style questions 💡 Students reviewed how light travels and interacts with materials — great energy and focus! #FitchsFriends

4th graders kicked off our new unit on organism & environments! ☀️ 🌎 We explored how the sun provides energy for life, and began investigating how energy move through ecosystems. Students are gathering evidence all week to answer our big question! 🔍 #FitchsFriends

Our kindergarten scientists are so proud! 🌷 The tulips they planted are blooming beautifully - a wonderful reminder of how plants grow and change with a little sunshine, water, and care.

5th grade scientists put their skills to the test in a bird beak lab! 🐦 🔬 Using different tools to model beaks, they discovered how beak shape depends on what a bird eats. Adaptations in action!
