@Iberia_en I am confused by your website's explanation of seat selection for "Basic" fare on an Iberia Express flight. Sometime it says it's always cost money and sometimes it says it's free from 24 hours before the flight? Please help me understand.

@Iberia_en still failing to process compensation under EU Regulation 261/2004 €1,250 each agreed + accepted for involuntary downgrade. We’ve submitted passport + bank details FOUR times. Iberia claims we haven’t incorrect. No payment. No progress. Case refs available on request

@Iberia_en You just pushed our flight back into 2 days, and I couldn’t reach anyone as we are not flying within 7 days. It was the same case for Travelong agency you advised me to contact. We, family of 3 (and plus my sister who booked the same flight) booked the hotel and etc

@Iberia_en Again LEVEL mentioned IBERIA in writing as the responsible party for compensation and IBERIA refute any responsibilty. There is no excuse and extremely poor customer service assistance frrom IBERIA given that voucher and as the stakeholder @50.1% of LEVEL.
