Horrible expericencia en @HertzMx al rentar un coche. Revisaron mis documentos y me dijeron que si me rentaban el auto. Hice el pago. Al pasar por el coche que siempre no me rentaban. Ya pasaron 15 días. No devuelven el dinero del auto jamás me rentaron.
