if you struggle to communicate your ideas, your thoughts, you get nervous.. and feel anxious do this to improve your verbal communication First understand that our ability to communicate verbally is a direct reflection of our ability to structure our thoughts clearly and thats begins by WRITING "oh please !! , i am not a writer ..it is the last thing i do " > SHUT UP writing is the slowest form of exp that we have as humans... we think fast .. and a lot of us tend to speak fast as well WRITING can nvr match that speed .. which is actually the reason its so effective when you write you are training ur brain to select the most imp thought out of all that is inside it and it train us to control the pace of ur thoughts, structure those and refine them.. "SO.. WHATS THE MIN AMT YOU NEED TO WRITE" > write until you are drawing any conclusion ...may be a paragraph or one page does't matter . every time you have written something end with a sentence "This tells me that ..." its scatters all the thoughts and place all of them together to begin with, when you start writing, your thoughts will be all over the place .. and if you end with that its doesn't drain you towards an opinionated thought ... to have an opinion of your own is so so so much imp .. its makes you different than the rest of people on any social media ... its the no. 1 growth hack as well so coming on that .. "NOW I AM DONE WITH WRITING WHATS NEXT ???" > you need to practise SPEAKING "HOW CAN I" > earlier people used to stand in front of a mirror and practise my doing debates or speak for any random topic but now you have the golden opportunity > record urself daily for a min .. say random things you did or leaned or for which you can speak non stop for alteast 2 mins post that thing on reels, shorts, youtube ... let people make fun of you ( they will not ) but if they did what will happen ?? you will be embarrassed ??? for how long ?? for your entire life ?? NO.. you may not be perfect but but but .. after doing this for a month you will def see a change in you and in ur comment sec as well the same thing people commented CRINGE .., will be replaced by .. "you are motivating me to start" make ur personal brand man its so imp now a days ... with AI, everything is so generic and repetitive that ppl would love to see ur opinionated thoughts play the video .. make a list of all the things where you erred.. think of how you can do it better now the main imp thing while you speak is the emotion you carry and the rythm .. and the pauses you take ... observe the speakers you like the most.. pick their style try to imbibe them first .. and THINK ..how can you bring their emotions into what you say like for eg .. > they should not sit with closed arms > they rarely play with their hair or hands > they prob not shake their legs "these thing matters ??" YES ppl with closed arms indicate they do not want to listen and married only to their own opinions.... shaking ur legs is an exp of nvr energy .. also you are not shakira moving on .. the hardest part of communication is LISTENING.. if you read this part congrats you are above 80% and paying attention ( many will bookmark this and will nvr complete reading this ) most people don't listen to understand .. they listen to reply they are just waiting for their turn to speak .. already building their next sentence while you are still talking and it shows .. coz when you actually listen .. your response hits different .. it connects .. it answers the thing they actually meant not the thing they said so train this too .. next conversation .. don't think about what you'll say next .. just be fully there .. let there be a pause before you reply .. that pause alone makes you sound 10x more thoughtful than anyone in the room now here's the part that ties it all together .. writing gives you clarity .. speaking gives you presence .. listening gives you connection .. and all three feed each other in a loop .. you write better coz you listen better .. you speak better coz you write better ppl chase the "confident speaker" thing directly .. buy the course .. watch the reel .. copy the gym-bro posture .. and you wonder why nothing sticks... coz confidence is a a side effect .. it shows up only after you have done the boring work you don't get good at communication by trying to look good at it you get good at it by having something real to say .. and trusting it enough to say it slow start writing tonight .. record yourself .. listen better the day after ...in 90 days you won't sound different .. you'll think different and that's the whole game .. thank you for reading this long .. have a wonderful and prosperous day lads and ladies
