I didn’t start here.
I started and could only accomplish 200 steps…
In a controlled environment…
With support, supervision, and limits.
Every step felt heavy.
Every movement demanded focus.
Every session tested not just my body… but my will.
There were days the progress felt slow.
Days the fatigue hit hard.
Days where I broke down and cried…in front of everyone
Days where the question wasn’t “how far can I go?”
…but “can I keep going?”
And I did.
Step by step.
Session by session.
No shortcuts. No hype. Just work.

🔥 April 7, 2026, I crossed 1,001 steps.
Not by accident.
Not by luck.
But by discipline, persistence, and faith.
This wasn’t just walking…
This was:
•Fighting fatigue
•Managing pain
•Rebuilding strength
•Trusting the process
•And showing up when it would’ve been easier not to

💡 What 1,001 Really Means
It’s more than a number.
It’s proof that:
•Progress compounds
•Limits can move
•The body can adapt
•And the mind can lead the way

🚀 Personal Unit Training
This is where it gets real.
No more just the institutional setting…
Now it’s about ownership.
Consistency.
Accountability.
Can I safely execute at home.
Because the goal was never just to walk in therapy…
👉 It’s freedom in real life.

🎥 And I’m documenting it all…
This journey isn’t just for me.
It’s for:
•Anyone fighting through recovery
•Anyone rebuilding from setbacks
•Anyone who needs to SEE that progress is possible
👉 The full journey is being told in real time.

🧠 Final Word
“I didn’t just take 1,001 steps…
I became the man who could.”
And I’m not done.
