I’m getting my last retainers, the fourth one, from @Invisalign at the dentist’s office. I noticed a small gap after stop wearing the third set of retainers I had last year, and I also noticed a small tear hole on the front.

I am finished with my treatment and now i have gaps due to the dentist shaving too much off of my teeth. $5k down the drain and now i will have to spend who knows how much to fix it.

Your discount system in india is very poor. And its not dentist friendly at all. And Dentist feels is your dignified paid servant rather than a individual practitioner. And moreover your hierarchy system is vicious. It resets to ZERO every year and all is lost

@Invisalign I did write to your Indian team and here's the ticket #64655660. But unfortunately the doctor is not helping transfer the case. I've been in contact with the doctor since 2nd April requesting him to transfer. He lives in another city which makes it difficult to meet him.
