@iRacingSupport Is there any other way to get support other than sending an email? My sim has been crashing since the S3 update deployment, and it’s gotten to the point where I can’t race at all now. The emails are getting tedious and are useless.

i then went to complain to @iRacingSupport about this because obviously if i pit to fix ALL of my damage the meatball flag should go away and this ruined my race. i wrote a long response and linked a replay and screenshots, and when i clicked submit i got this page. FIX YOUR GAME

i'll post mine because of how mad i am.
p8 (out of 13) with what should have been a top 5 because i got a meatball flag for no reason, and then came down pit road three times to serve the penalty and fix the damage, but i still got DQ'ed even though the car was fine.
