Should we be honest about the "parents we are evaluating you too" tweets that always go around during live periods? Because, not once in 27 summers have I had a coach tell me they stopped recruiting a kid they were remotely serious about because a parent was wild at a game.

@livforhoops I’m with you on that. But they won’t end up with 43 in the program after they get through with preseason workouts. Injuries, not making varsity, transcript & financial issues will eliminate half.

I can’t lie, seeing I’m one of that many brought on campus in a short time frame would immediately turn me off of a program.

@MillsTwitch The system needs structure. Multi-year contracts w/ buy outs. Restrictions on player & coach movement w/ time left on their contract. Teams in pro sports can’t go hire coach under contract without permission from the coach’s current team. Right now it’s the wild wild west

Before I say this: - I know the realism factor involved in NIL in college football - I know the "haves" and "have nots" - I understand the struggles IRL The NIL system in College Football 27 is not fun whatsoever.

@LevAkabas I thought Brown was overpaid when he got that max deal. Then he went out & won ECF/Finals MVP & Won a chip.🤷🏾‍♂️@ the end of the day the Celtics decided to move forward w/ Tatum over Brown. We don’t know the true reason why. I’m sure the Celtics won’t be talking about it publicly.

@LevAkabas Analytics are a piece to the puzzle. Not the whole puzzle. Game plans, team dynamics, player availability, coaching, sub rotations, tanking, foul trouble. Ex.. A well coached team w/ great depth will often times outscore the other team’s bench affecting a starters on/off numbers.

Regardless of where you fall on the Jaylen Brown debate, it is pretty remarkable that the Boston Celtics were better with him off the court than on the court over his entire 10-year tenure with the team

I love all the new eyes on WBB! We wanted this and I love it! With new eye balls there are hoop heads, nerds, casuals, former players, coaches from all levels etc etc Some are commenting from a PRESENT perspective and that’s ok. Both of Oregon State post players with 3 fouls at the half… why in the world either of them were in with 2 fouls blows my mind.
