Pretty sure there is a bug right now with buying jungle item as soon as you load into the game. I've noticed sometimes you have to right click starting item 2-3x before it actually responds and goes in your inventory.

This @FlyQuest video goes down as one of the worst videos I've ever watched from an esports org.
