- The jQASuppress annotation has been extended by an optional column to be evaluated for suppressing elements, e.g. to suppress invalid dependencies to a specific class by annotating the class itself with the suppression instead annotating each single dependent class

- Added support for Java 21 & Neo4j 5.x
- Maven plugin automatically selects Neo4j backend (4.x or 5.x) backend depending on Java runtime (11 or 17+)

This will allow to provide abstract rule sets including constraints (e.g. for validating hexagonal architectures) which can be implemented by conrete rule sets applying to specific technology stacks, e.g. Spring of Java/Jakarta EE.

jQAssistant 2.2.0 is already planned and will come with "abstract" concepts that can be referenced by rules as requirements. They can then be "implemented" by other concepts, e.g. from different rule plugins.
