I know it's leaf peeping season here in the Northeast but feast your eyes on these beautiful colors! Another exciting Library renovation coming together for the Oceanside School District. School 9M Library was renovated over this summer.

We complemented the existing lobby and Art Gallery spaces with a new modern Café and seating area creating a welcoming and flexible public space. A very successful ribbon cutting ceremony took place on September 23. Good Luck to Mongo’s and the POB Library for much success!

Working with a great team of the Plainview Old Bethpage Public Library, Irwin Contracting Inc. and Mongo’s Coffee, We were able to renovate a small under utilized area adjacent to the lobby to design a custom Café that will house a satellite Café for Mongo’s Coffee.

Congratulations to the Plainview Old Bethpage Public Library on the successful completion of their new Café! What a great amenity for the patrons of the POB Library!!!!
