My 85 year old Dad hitting a 207lb deadlift today! Not long ago he recovered from two open heart surgeries and a stroke. Wow! You are a true warrior n inspiration to us all Dad! Love you so much! My Dad Jim Casey is 84 years old. A year and a half ago he was in the hospital for over 180 days, had two major open heart surgeries and a stroke. It felt like a miracle that we got him out of the hospital. This was yesterday @TELEOPerform w my dear friend and dad’s trainer John Dennis! Sets of over 100lb deadlift.
