Imagine a trader saying: “I’d like this losing trade refunded because my strategy wasn’t sustainable.” That’s basically what some firms sound like when they cancel pending payouts after mispricing a plan. Rules have to work both ways.

DEAR PROP FIRMS, THIS MAKES NO SENSE. 🚨 If your only payout option is Rise, you’re creating unnecessary risk for traders. A trader can buy an account using a card, crypto, or other payment methods… But when it’s time to receive a payout, suddenly there’s only one option? That doesn’t make much sense. We’ve seen traders face payout delays and payment issues simply because their Rise account ran into problems. Whether it’s verification, account restrictions, or other issues, the trader ends up paying the price. If you’re running a prop firm in 2026, offer multiple payout methods. Crypto. Wise. Bank transfer. Give traders options instead of forcing everyone into a single provider. One payout partner is fine. One payout option isn’t. Credit: @Adam_Aabaad for raising this discussion.

🚨 @upcomers_com this needs immediate attention. Another trader. Another rejected payout by @JakubUPC This account reached $101,114.22 💸and became eligible for withdrawal. Instead of processing the payout, Upcomers permanently terminated the account, alleging a KYC/third-party violation and declined every payout request. If this is backed by solid evidence, publish it transparently. If not, traders deserve a clear explanation not just a template email after they’ve generated profits. The prop industry runs on trust. Every disputed payout deserves transparency.
