This boy was near stone-throwers in the Shuafat. The fighters approached him and removed him from the group throwing stones, while applying completely reasonable force. Later, it turned out to them that he was a boy with Down syndrome. What did the Border Guard fighters do? They calmed him down, let him play at the base, met with the father and explained to him that they had removed him from the throwers.
