Sobre este tema, en el juicio el demandante tenía el acta de inspección de Trabajo que es algo privado y lo utilizaron en mi contra. Eso solo puedo tener yo así que es evidente desde donde ha salido....

HOLA Guillermo Gallego Cardeña. Has perdido el juicio contra mi empresa. Ni eras falso autónomo ni gaitas. La Inspección de Trabajo va a tener complicado justificar que los dos denunciantes por los cuales me clavaron el acta de sanción, ambos han perdido en la justicia ordinaria

Belgium is moving closer to allowing Tesla FSD (Supervised) testing on public roads in Flanders.
Flemish mobility minister Annick De Ridder says testing of Tesla’s FSD system on Flemish roads could begin “within days” as regulators review Tesla’s documentation. “The vehicle will be tested over ~3,000 miles to evaluate any differences with Dutch road infrastructure and traffic rules. If the results are positive, work can be done quickly on a provisional European type-approval that is valid on the entire Belgian territory," the minister said.
This follows the Netherlands recently becoming the first EU country to approve Tesla FSD (Supervised).

Update zu Tesla FSD-Supervised in Deutschland: Ich hatte das KBA nach der TCMV-Sitzung am 5. Mai 2026 gefragt: • Hat das KBA das Dossier der niederländischen RDW bereits geprüft? • Welche Position nimmt Deutschland/KBA im TCMV zur Akzeptanz ein? • Welche Auswirkungen hat das auf Verfügbarkeit & Betrieb in DE? Antwort des KBA: Die RDW ist federführend und hat das System am 5.5. erstmals detailliert im TCMV vorgestellt. Seitdem kann das KBA die Unterlagen prüfen und eine deutsche Position bilden. Weitere Aussagen derzeit nicht möglich, laufende Befassung, bitte um Geduld. Es bleibt spannend und ich bleibe weiter dran! 🧐 (Hinweis: In den Screenshots der Mails habe ich einige Daten unkenntlich gemacht.)

-The DGT is fully in favor of systems like FSD. And even if they aren't the ones who grant final homologation, it's already a very good sign since the DGT carries a lot of weight in Spain
-Tesla cars with FSD testing in Spain have covered 80,000 km with absolutely 0 incidents.
I've already contacted the SGCSI, the department that grants final homologation, waiting for their answer

FSD in Spain: Following DGT’s input confirming they are open to such a safe system with 0 incidents over 80k km trialed, I’ve reached out to the Ministry of Industry. While DGT monitors safety, the actual authority for type-approvals lies here. Awaiting their official response.
