I checked mine while writing this thread. 307 entries. Two months. Go check yours right now and drop the number below. Curious how many others have this many. 👇

Shut It Off Tap Clear History. Then turn the Significant Locations toggle off. Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services → System Services → Significant Locations → Clear History → toggle off The map stops building. The old records are gone. Your phone still works exactly the same without it.

What You Don't See Apple summarizes it for you. The raw data tells a different story. Behind that summary is a full database with exact timestamps plotted on a map. If law enforcement extracts your phone, they don't see the summary you see. They get the complete record. Where you slept, where you drove, where you were on a specific night. 307 entries in two months is normal. Some phones have thousands.
