It’s the last week of school for our seniors! Next month, seniors will begin their May Projects, a month-long community project.

It’s Potpourri Day and the doors are open! Come shop 7:30 am to 1 pm!

Ms. Patterson's gardening class was spotted on campus this afternoon pulling weeds & garlic/onion grass to make room for a new herb garden.

Students have the opportunity to enjoy lunch at the Potpourri Restaurant today (Sugarfire BBQ and Papa Johns) and tomorrow (Shake Shack and Papa Johns) as well as sweet treats like snow cones, ice cream, and cotton candy! #happiestweekoftheyear

Students shop for books, jewelry, clothing and enjoy sweet treats from the Potpourri Bakery. The Potpourri Restaurant opens tomorrow and there will be additional shopping opportunities tomorrow for students, faculty/staff and alums (tomorrow between 4 and 5pm).

Today marks the halfway point through "the happiest week of the year" and a fan-favorite day with the opening of Recycled Rags. Students shopped after assembly for Burroughs and collegiate apparel, shoes, and other fun items!

Today was Senior Health Day. This mandatory program for all seniors is part of a continuum of learning through our grade-level seminars. The curriculum helps students navigate their overall health and well-being as they mature from “tweens” to young adults.

This Monday kicks off Potpourri Week and marks the beginning of what is dubbed by our community as “the happiest week of the year” thanks to the planning and initial sorting of donated goods by members of the Parents Council throughout the year!

Potpourri Move-In Day is here! Students, parents (current/past), alums, faculty and staff were on hand this morning to help move items from trucks and storage containers into the Field House and Commons for sorting.

The German exchange students capped off their two week visit to Burroughs (and St. Louis) with a trip to the ballpark to watch the Cardinals take on the Pirates (and win!). Safe travels to Chicago and then back home to Germany!

NFL linebacker Foye Oluokun '13 returned to campus on Friday, April 14 to speak in assembly. During his visit, Foye spoke about the lessons he's learned through his academic and athletic pursuits about time management, goal-setting, and determination.

This morning in assembly, German exchange student Moritz Bauer performed "Locked Out of Heaven" by Bruno Mars. Moritz previously appeared on The Voice Kids, a German reality TV show, alongside his younger siblings. #musicassembly

The Spring Concerts continued last night with a performance by the jazz band. Songs included “A Horse With No Name,” “All Star,” “Freedom.” The concert concluded with a performance of “Let's Get Loud”that included a tenor saxophone solo by retiring music teacher Robert Carter.
