Palestinians don’t have to prove their moral fiber to anyone. For almost 8 decades the world watched us be slaughtered. Not only watched, but justified and in instances encouraged the “kill the terrorists” modus operandi. criminalized and demonised Palestinians. We have entire states that denied its own citizens the right to boycott AKA the right to choose how they consume products. We have entire countries that normalised our massacres and shook hands with our killers— we were forced to watch it from inside this prison we live under. After every slaughter you armed our killers more, asked us for more testimonies, more documentation, more proof then proceeded to CENSOR us. When we overcame the obstacles another is put in front of us. What a sickness it is, to watch a people struggle for one final breath after the other, asking them to prove why they should have the right to live and have a dignified life, one which does not mean that a foreign army of psychopathic 18-25 year olds are pissing on your corpse or forcing 52 year old Labor workers on the cement for hours.
